My dog has been diagnosed with two serious illnesses in his short life. They are both conditions he will have forever. Trupanion Insurance has made it possible for me to give him the best medical care I can get for him and keep him healthy and happy.

Our dog seems to visit her doctor more than our children. This visit was simply routine. The claim process through Embrace is the most efficient we've experienced. We receive friendly emails during the process informing us of the status of our claim. Reimbursements are made directly to our account. Most of our dog's health concerns are covered. Embrace is quick and responsive, and the process is seamless. One less thing to be concerned about during our busy day! Thank you.

I never had any problems with claims, and would like to say thank you for helping me with her medical bills toward the last years of her life, and her death, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to submit the bill for her cremation and it was covered.

Embrace was the best decision we made and we have had a couple of friends sign up for coverage with them as well and been just as pleased. Our account is always up to date and we are reimbursed in a timely manner. We have not had to think twice about a number of rare health scares our puppy has had thanks to Embrace. We have had to put in more claims this year than we ever thought or hope to have to again but we have not had any trouble with Embrace. We have the accidents and illness coverage. If you want to be able to provide the best possible care for your pet as a family member this is the company you want supporting you through that. My review is for multiple experiences totaling over $1000.

I have had Embrace Insurance for one of my dogs and just put my other dog onto the policy. I just went for his annual physical and the payment was sent in full for his visit within one week. The wellness plan is so helpful as it covers so much!! I have had other plans before, but in my opinion, Embrace is far better than my previous plans.

On March 7th our 7 year old Lab had ACL surgery. The first claim went right thru with no problems at all. On May 26 she needed a follow-up with sedation x-rays. The doctors office faxed the forms for us. in less than 7 days our claim was processed and paid. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about getting a four legged family member. this is our second company and this is the best. Previously we had VPI and it was a nightmare .

At this tough time was happy on how fast the claim was processed . Lucy doesn't have long but trying to enjoy what time she has left. I'm glad I did chose to get insurance . Unfortunelly Lucy has had many surgeries .,
