Best decision I ever made!
I bought Trupanion when my dog was a puppy and I am very happy that I did. They have been helping with the cost of a medication which he has to take everyday and would cost me 50.00 a month without insurance.

Excellent customer service and efficient claim processing
I have been with Nationwide for two years now and I'm very pleased with the claims processing and customer service. The customer service is exceptional, the reps are professional, polite and knowledgeable. The few times I needed to contact customer service I was very happy with the conversations and results. I highly recommend using Nationwide for Pet Insurance, policy cost is reasonable and reimbursement is great and competitive if not better than other pet insurance companies.

Super easy process with a quick response and great turnaround getting Check.
Rex is doing great. This was an expensive procedure and Nationwide eased my stress by providing an easy claim process. I received a quick response/approval on my claim. The check was received in a very timely manner. This allowed me to concentrate on getting Rex healthy again.

Good Insurance
Good program, can be a little confusing at first how much is covered, but once you have the system down it's easy to manage. I realize that pet insurance may need to be different than human insurance however I do wish that the program offered were more like my personal health insurance program and that the visit were more of a co-pay with direct bill.
