Awesome service
Whenever I enter a claim through nationwide pet insurance usually it takes me less than one minute through the app and claims are always processed quickly. I love how the claim breakdowns are easy to understand and if there is an issue, or if I am unsure if I can process a claim, the customer service has always been super friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy I made the switch.

Put my mind at ease
After finding out Max needed to have 7 teeth pulled we were very concerned for him and also worried about the cost ( close to 2k). Nationwide paid a lot of the claim and we were left with a much more manageable payment. They paid really quickly and we were able to focus on Max’s recovery. I also submitted online through the app. So easy. Thanks Nationwide!

I'm been a harville insurer for 3yrs know an I've been very happy with everything thy do me me an my baby milo thy r there for me for all my needs an thy keep in touch to see how my baby is doing all the time. Couldn't ask for a better insurance

So grateful for the peace of mind with Nationwide pet insurance. It is worth it because if anything expensive or terrible happened to our awesome Chilli then Nationwide is there to help us.

Superb!!
I had to submit 37 pages of Roxie's medical history for a year, and write the account number on each and every page, which was kind of a pain, but once the records were submitted I was very pleased at how quickly they paid off. The breakdown of what they paid, and what they didn't pay was very easy to read. I would highly recommend this company.

Trupanion was amazing!
We took our pup, Phoebe, to the emergency room, and Trupanion was amazing! They preapproved the hospital visit, so we didn't have to put down a deposit, and then they paid 90% of everything excluding the emergency visit fee right away.
