Extraordinary service.
The provider I chose submit the claim directly from their office. I got a response within 5 min. It was an amazing experience. I'm so glad we had Trupanion for our dog.

I wish health insurance for humans was this easy and affordable! The only thing that could be better is some improvement in the claim portal. I submitted everything, but I guess it didn't go thru a couple of times.

Adding more meds
I had to add another medicine to my dog's anticonvulsant treatment because of breakthrough seizures. I appreciate the ease of taking a photo of my dog's pharmacy receipt and simply submitting it. This leaves me free to worry about my dog and not my dog's costs.
