I wish I had gone with another insurance company.
Your web site says you cover 90% and yet you barely covered my recent claim even though I have the Whole Pet policy. What am I paying for??? Customer service rep was condescending and unhelpful.

Surprisingly Easy to Use and Makes Total Sense for Us
I so appreciate having the insurance available, how easy it is to submit claims and how painless it is to get reimbursed. It's a relief knowing that I can properly care for my dog without worrying as much about the cost. Nationwide has been great to deal with and the followup we receive is so sweet.

Claims service has improved greatly
Claims service has greatly improved. Claims are paid much faster than in the past. Communication is excellent.

Good but little things can be improved
Overall happy. However after submitting a wellness vet visit for reimbursement I got an email saying Nationwide was hoping my dog was feeling better. It makes it a whole lot less genuine when the visit wasnt for a sickness and was classified under wellness. So now if I got another email it wouldn't mean anything. Lost the credibility there. Otherwise the processes are fine and clear. Could improve speed of reviewing and paying out. I had a different company previously who approved and submitted in 48 hours. Doesnt have to be that fast but a week would be better.

Quick and easy reimbursements!
We have had Nationwide for almost 3 years now and the claim submission process is extremely smooth and simple! We recently had to submit 2 claims and the reimbursement was back to me within 5 business days! Anytime I have ever had questions regarding our plan the customer service team was also very knowledgeable and super helpful. I am always recommending Nationwide Pet insurance to family and friends.
