I researched all plans before choosing Nationwide. Excellent reviews and so very glad we chose Nationwide. Very easy to submit claims and turn around time in processing is very good.

Always happy wtih the service provided
We have been using Nationwide Pet Insurance for 12 years and have never had any issues. If we have any questions or concerns the staff at Nationwide Pet Insurance always has answers and helps us as quickly as possible. Not sure what we would do without this coverage for each of our furbabies. Anytime we see someone in our neighborhood that has adopted their own furbaby we immediatley tell them to get a harness and not a collar and GET NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE!

Idiotic coverage caps and things they don't cover
My dog has multiple issues so I'm not sure where to begin. First, when she tore her ACL and can't have surgery because she's undergoing chemo, Nationwide denied her claim for a brace, even though she will never be able to have surgery. This is insane, especially since the brace is 1/3 of the cost of surgery.
Second, I don't know why her chemo isn't covered in the entire protocol. This is just also crazy. I don't have much more time with my dog because of her illness, but know that when I get my next dog, I won't be using Nationwide.

Very easy to file claims and quick turnaround time
I decided to get that insurance after hearing about some of my friends and family members running into situations with their sick pets. I chose nationwide because they have a wellness and illness policy that was a very good price and gives me extra peace of mind . The reimbursement process is very simple when using the app. Claims are paid very quickly and I’m definitely happy to have this coverage.

Healthy Paws is the best
Jack was recently diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. Healthy Paws covered 90% of the bill, as promised. They are an awesome company, I’ve never had a bill rejected. Without them it would be difficult to get Jack the treatment he needs.

Great service with easy to file claims!
Service with Nationwide has been great for our dog Franklin. I love how easy it is to submit a claim for visits with the vet. My wife and I are expecting a baby soon, so having great insurance for our puppy makes it much easier to save money for our newest addition to the family! Thank you for the help Nationwide!!!

I could not be happier that Nationwide is my pet insurer
With Nationwide, I never have to worry about my pet's medical bills. The claim process is effortless and the service I receive is exceptional. Easiest claim i've ever had to put in!
Thank you so much for making one of the hardest things to deal with so easy. My dog is my baby and to have to deal with her being hit by car was awful. But knowing that I might receive help with the bill and the fact that it was super easy to process and took barely anytime to get repaid made it so much easier. She is doing so well now, almost time to finally take her cone off. She can't wait. Thank you again from both of us!
