For the most part Trupanion makes sense and your customer support is amazing and so helpful.
For the most part Trupanion makes sense and your customer support is amazing and so helpful. Also our rep (Tory) did an amazing job selling it! Also I love that you guys will work with whatever amount we have for deductibles and monthly cost.

Easy process. Just had to remind the vet clinic to file the claim to Trupanion. Then, got the email of the approval in detail.

Trupanion has done everything they promised when I began coverage for my Bordeaux. I purchased the insurance to cover any ER situations and the plan did just that. My pup had an unexpected life threatening situation that required a complicated surgery. Trupanion covered 90% of the surgery and all the associated cost, even the special dog food. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this insurance company.

An reliable and friendly pet insurance company.
I have been a customer of ASPCA pet insurance company for more than 2 years now, and I can say they are friendly when you need help or call for information. They care about your pet so they regularly call you to keep up with your pet's health. When you need to file a claim, no problem, no red tape. I filled out the claim form via the internet explaining the emergency dental problem, attached the vet's explanation of the medical procedure, and finally a copy of my payment. Within less than two weeks my reimbursed percentage of claim was direct deposited into my bank account and it was close to 85% of the bill. They are the real deal. T. Jamieson
