Didn't worry during illness
Nationwide really was on our side during our dog's near death illness. It was a huge relief and comfort to have her claims processed super quickly, but we received most of the expenses back. I'm super impressed.

Trupanion is a life saver with claim payments

Work in progress. Gets easier I feel with every claim I make.
I think over all for both my pets it has been pretty good experience. A few years back I had to fight with you guys about a claim claiming it was from my dogs allergies which it wasn’t.. it was bacterial infection all said and done.. you covered a portion of the claim. I do like that you cover our annual visits! We will see how the two claims I just submitted goes.

Complex Health Issues Handled with Excellence
Our dog Maggie has two distinct issues: melanoma and a heart murmur. I filed two claims recently, each of which had elements of treatment for the two conditions. Pet's Best was able to decode the itemized bills, health history and patient report cards, and come to a fair resolution on both in a timely manner. Well done!

A great choice in Pet Insurance.
I chose Nationwide for my dog(s) insurance based on the reviews i read. I researched 3 companies and found Nationwide had the most positive feedback. I have been very satisfied with the ease of filing claims and the turnaround time with submitting a claim.

Thank you Healthy Paws
After doing lots of research and comparisons with other pet insurance companies we chose Healthy Paws and could not be happier! They are very fair with their cost vs coverage plans. Their claims are simple to file and reimbursement is quick. We were able to adopt a rescue (Golden Retriever from Serbia) and provide him with the care that he needed to now live a healthy, happy life. Without Healthy Paws great coverage my vet bills could have been a burden
