This is our first dog covered by Embrace (for 4 years now). We've had several accident/illness claims and are SO IMPRESSED by the communication during the claim process and the fair evaluation of covered charges. Word must be getting out about Embrace because claims are taking a bit longer than several years ago, BUT, they keep you informed as to the status of your claim and take good care to get your claim processed ASAP. I bought insurance from Healthy Paws in June 2012 for my Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Gus. Gus developed an infection in his spine and was in a lot of pain. The vet thought he might not make it. Gus had x-rays and was placed on medications, one that he will have to take for the rest of his life. I filed a claim with Healthy Paws and the response was immediate. I received a phone call and email from Healthy Paws, just asking how Gus was doing. I received my reimbursement check within a week! The company has consistently been dependable, helpful, and reliable. It is plain to see that the employees are passionate and truly care about animals. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

We got Healthy Paws a short time after adopting our 8 week old puppy Bailey. Bailey is now almost 7 months, and we have had a few mishaps along the way, classic puppy! Thank God for Healthy Paws! When Bailey cut her paw really badly Healthy Paws handled the claim so quickly even our vet was surprised. And the customer service is amazing! They always email to check up on Bailey, and it doesn't seem forced at all...they really do care about our pup and it shows. I would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone!!
