Trupanion is absolutely amazing! I am a 55 year old woman and have my first dog ever. My husband and I adopted him when he was two. The first years of having him we did not have insurance for him. Later a friend mentioned it would be a good idea and told us about Trupanion. Trupanion has been so helpful with everything! The turn around for the reimbursement has been great and they really honor their word with the support they give! I would recommend everyone with a pet consider their coverage. We have not had any contact experience with Trupanion. All communication with Trupanion has been through VCA. Although we have been enrolled with Trupanion since 9/2018 we have not revived ant reimbursements for any of our VCA visits.

I've had Trupanion since my cats were 10 week old kittens...and they are alive and well at 9 years old (acting like they're 2) thanks to the phenomenal support of Trupanion - they helped me maximize benefits and saved each cats life 4x (not including the time one cat was nearly dead at 10 weeks old). ...and I've NEVER had to worry about emergencies and how I would have to pay for pricey procedures. The monthly policy is so affordable and is worth the small investment. ...literally saving me $25k collectively over the years. The staff and management and company are all a collection of individuals who truly live their jobs and it shows. The claims are processed either immediately via the vet or expediently when I submit a claim. The Submit Claim app it now has is excellent. Their policies only get better as the company has grown. I have never had a question left unanswered and staff will explain any policy questions several times if I'm not clear on it. I have not been paid for this endorsement.
