Paid within a week
The first week I had Kobe my new puppy I signed up for insurance. The following day I took him for a check up and first round of shots and heart worm/flea treatment. My bill was around $129 after I sent in my receipt pets best deposited my claim to my bank account in about a week. It was $79. So my vet visit only cost me around 50 bucks.

Peace of Mind
I love the peace of mind that my vet will fax a claim and it all happens with little effort from me. I never have to worry about deciding whether I can afford a needed care option for my kitties. And the customer service is excellent!

There have been no queries about my claims and I'm reimbursed promptly. The reimbursement procedure is easy once it is set up although a little convoluted; the money is sent to a credit card company which will then send it to my bank account.

Quick and easy
I used the app to submit my claims. I can’t believe how easy it was. The responses were quick. I’m really happy with my ASPCA insurance.

Treat you like family!
I was so impressed by the claims process and also the customer service that I received when Otis was sick. They called to follow up after the claims process to see if he was OK, not to check in to see how they had done, but to genuinely check to see how he was doing.

Great experience
I have been a now two dog customer for years (prior VPI) with my Boerboel mastiff and now Frenchie. Two very different breed digs but always have had great customer service with Nationwide. It’s very comforting to know I have a partner in the care and health of my dog!

Trustworthy
I enrolled my little girl with Nationwide Insurance (it was under a different name at the time) the week after purchasing her. Nationwide has NEVER hassled me over a claim and has always paid on claims per their stated policy coverages. I have been extremely grateful and pleased with Nationwide's pet insurance.
