Nyssa was very helpful and I was able to find a policy for Max that works. She gave me several options for types of coverage and deductibles. I also didn't have to wait forever on hold. For the policy I'm canceling with another company, I was never able to talk with a real person. Their hold times were crazy long and I had to do everything online

Great insurance company
Heathy Pets is an awesome pet insurance company. It is very easy to file claims. They process and reimburse on claims very quickly. My dog recently had to have a pretty expensive eye surgery and a great deal of the cost was covered by my policy.

1st claim ever
This was my first ever claim made. I am waiting on a decision for reimbursement of a 3rd invoice. I wish anal glad expression was covered if part of a treatment plan. Other than that it a pretty smooth process

Trupanion Pet Insurance Review
Trupanion has envoked so many rules, regulations and fees that the coverage is minimal compared to other insurances out there for pets. I have been with Trupanion for so long it is not feasible to change my insurance provider at this time as my pet is aging. I will however do much more shopping and comparisons on insurance providers on any new pet additions to my family. I am a firm believer that pet insurance is a necessity in todays costs of care for pets.

Luna - TPLO and Mast Cell Tumor coverage
Trupanion has been extremely helpful in our journey with Lunas care. We could not have given her the needed therapies without it. The phone staff is always caring and compassionate and very heartfelt, knowlegable, and detailed in their responses to our questions. We truly know they love and care for animals as they genuinely wish Luna the best on each call. It is amazing and we feel so grateful for Trupanion!!

Follow up on Claim was amazing!!!
Sadie was under the weather and we took her to see her doctor. The front desk filed the claim that day and we received an email that night and the claim was processed within 48 hours!! It's so nice to know that we don't have to worry about taking Sadie when she's out of sorts and sick and not have to worry about what the cost is. Thank you for being so quick and efficient!
