Improvement suggestion for pet owner vet changes/transfers.
Excellent customer service which was needed because the "Support" section does NOT have the process written as to when the dog owner may have taken over the care of the animal in another state and would be using a different veterinary that the owner would be required to send Trupanion the previous vet visit summary data for a complete medical history for the policy to be valid.

Healthy Paws Rocks!
My dog Leo is 6 years old and has had a policy with Healthy Paws for his whole life. We've had to file several claims over his life, a couple of them being substantial because of surgery. Each claim was super easy and no hassle at all. I just simply pulled out my phone, opened up the Healthy Paws app, took a picture of the invoice, and within a matter of days I was reimbursed via direct deposit.
Just having peace of mind knowing that my dog can get medical care without me having to worry about extensive bills is beyond wonderful.
