I love this pet insurance. First time owning pet insurance and they made it easy. Sign up is a breeze and anytime I call with questions there isn't a long wait and they're always trying to help me out as best that they can.

When we rescued a mixed breed schnauzer 6 years ago, we were concerned about potential large vet bills and had our dog checked carefully for any signs of bad health. When our vet gave our new pooch a thumbs up, she still suggested a catastrophic Heath plan in case our dog got ht by a car or developed a serious illness later on. Two years ago, our dog was diagnosed with a brain tumor which with careful treatment could be controlled and medium to long term survival was possible with good results on quality of life. Our ongoing expenses over the last 2 years have exceeded $10,000 of which Embrace has covered 90%. Our dog is now receiving advanced treatments and Embrace has been a true lifesaver.

When we took Leo home from the shelter, he was just a puppy. I decided to look for the best pet insurance based upon various rankings. I found HealthyPaws to be consistently rated the highest. We purchased the insurance, put the payment on a regular account charge and forgot about it. A year later Leo became gravely ill with a blockage in his stomach. This required Xrays, an Endoscope, and waking up an emergency Surgeon. The bill was near 10k Healthy Paws paid the portion it was responsible for, and we are so gratefull. We submitted the claim on Tueesday afternoon, it was approved Wednesday afternoon. They were easier to deal with than my own health insurance carrier.

Wish my own healthcare was this easy. Was able to easily submit claim online, response time was phenomenal, and they paid per policy as advertised. I was so pleased with how easy and efficient the whole claims process was! Thank you for taking the worry about cost out of the decision of whether to get furthers tests done so I was able to find out why my furbaby was sick.
