I have had other pet insurance, but will now only use Pets Best. Our dog has allergies and we see specialists along with our regular vet. There has never been an issue with the number of visits. Payment is easy at 90% for our policy. None of the reasonable and customary stuff. Filing a claim is so fast and easy. I use the on line service. Payment is also fast and easy. I have told all my pet owner friends about Pets Best. When your pet is ill your do not want to worry about what is covered, filing a claim and when will you be paid. The representatives I have spoken with are so knowledgeable and understanding.

We have a 12 year old Golden Retriever named Mia. We bought the ins. when she was a puppy. (it's cheaper) Whenever she gets sick or hurt it's always on a weekend or a Holiday when the regular vet is closed and the emergency clinic is a lot more expensive. ASPCA has always reimbursed me in a timely manner and I never regretted having it. She has always been pretty healthy, but there's always a UTI, a hot spot, an ear infection, eye infection, stomach problem.....just like a kid. comforting to know that for an affordable price her illnesses and injuries are covered for an affordable price.

My little Macy (cat) was diagnosed with asthma in 2013 and had 2 expensive emergency trips...he is maxed out with that part of the insurance but at times the poor boy gets constipated and has a few vet trips...I am so very thankful I signed him up in 2007 never knowing what the future would bring. They reimburse quickly and even for his medicine! He has better insurance than me!!! I LOVE the folks at ASPCA insurance-top notch customer service EVERY time I call. For a sacrifice of going out to dinner once a month you have peace of mind if your pet gets ill.

Purchased Embrace have had nothing but problems. Denied a claim a 1 1/2 yrs after purchasing insurance stating that it is a pre existing condition for a brused spine and ruptured disc.

I have been a customer of Pets Best for the past 3 years and had never submitted a claim before. When my dog wasn't himself the other day I took him to the vet to make sure he was okay. They ran some tests which came back good, but it was apparent that he had eaten something that made him very ill. When it came time to submit my claim, I called Pets Best with some questions and their customer service was terrific! They answered all my questions and made me feel better about the entire experience. I would recommend Pets Best to all pet owners!

I have been nervous about getting pet insurance, especially narrowing down the choices that would be best for Cricket, our 5 yr old, 5 lb. Maltese. From the first phone call that I made to Embrace (where I got a human rather quickly), I was comfortable with the answers I received and their respectful responses to my questions. My baby Jaxx was experiencing some severe stomach pain and I worry so much!! Thanks to Aspca insurance I had no monetary worries when taking Jaxx to the vet to get checked out! It seems he had lots of gas and tummy upset maybe onset of ulcers and they cleared him right up, and minus my deductible for the year we received 90% back, Thank you Aspca, glad I have you!!

My 6 mos lab puppy, Clark chewed and swallowed pieces of a toy. He ended up spending 2 nights in the vet hospital. Fortunately he was able to avoid surgery. He was treated with IV fluids, antibiotics, and pain meds and I am happy to say he is back to his old self. Healthy Paws had our claim processed within 24 hrs after we submitted the paper work. We got a check 3 days later and then a follow-up email a few days later asking how Clark was doing. Their customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend them for pet insurance!!!
