We picked a plan that worked for us and never thought we would "need" it. Well, we did and do. For the cost of one DVD a month, my pet is covered. One day into our dog's illness and our deductible was met. I simply take a picture of the bill using their incredibly easy to use app and in short time they let me know it's being processed and then another alert letting me know it is complete. Easy, fast, worry free insurance so I can concentrate on my dog!

I adopted a new kitty and shortly thereafter purchased PetsBest insurance on her. Within a few short weeks, she was having difficulty breathing so we visited the vet. Unfortunately with a diagnosis of Pleural Effusion, of which there is no cure, we had to put her to sleep. I sent my bills to PetsBest, they processed the claim in a timely manner and....my reimbursement was a total surprise. They paid a very large piece of my claim. I was extremely happy with the service and reimbursement.

My 9 year old Doberman female and best friend went through a five month period of decline and weight and appetite loss. It started with what was an apparent incontinence. My Vet did go down the rabbit hole as she continued to lose weight. She was drinking 24 ozs of water and having numerous accidents. She was also not eating. We finally took her to an internal medicine Vet. They would not let her go home. Emergency surgery yielded a ten pound tumor. Extraskelatal osteosarcoma (bone cancer outside of the bones). We were told she would only live another week. Three weeks later she is eating and happy. Embrace never questioned any claim and within one day of submission of claims they responded with coverage approval. I have 2 mini-dachshunds, and I knew pet insurance was a must. The premiums are very reasonable. Submitting a claim is very simple and straightforward. Payment is direct deposited into my account. I am extremely please with all aspects of ASPCA pet insurance and I highly recommend it to pet owners.
