Once we found out it was an allergy issue we asked for an allergy test which costs $400, I was pleasantly surprised when Trupanion not only covered this test but paid us within a week. Their claims process is so easy and fast and have never had an issue. Currently I have both my dogs on the policy and have had great customer service and experiences highly recommend!

I hadn't fully taken advantage of Trupanion, until my dog was suffering from stones in his urethra. He required surgery to remove the stones after they had been flushed into his bladder. It was expensive, but necessary. The claims process with Trupanion was easy - I emailed my paperwork and had a response within a few hours & payment was received within 1 week.

VPI has a schedule of what they will pay for individual services/conditions. It is not much compared to what you are charged if you have a major event with your pet. We switched to Trupanion. They pay 90% after the deductible (per illness/incident) minus office visit charge.

Trupanion actually does what it advertises, unlike VPI which did not when our pets were covered by them. Trupanion needed a lot of in depth information before they paid our initial claim. We have a $500 deductible. After that was met, they paid the claims (minus office visit charges) at 90%. We have peace of mind.

We got Embrace as a "just in case" when we first rescued our little puppy. We had it for about a year when she tested positive for heartworms. She was on preventative and somehow they didn't work. Embrace has saved our dog and our wallets!! Her treatments were close to $2000 and we were so grateful to have them!! We couldn't have done the treatment without them!!! The checks came to us so quickly and with NO hassle! We will forever use Embrace and recommend them to anyone who will listen!!!

I have been with ASPCA for over 7 years. I have level 3 coverage which covers alot. I also have the continuing care, which covers chronic issues. My claims have always been handled in a timely manner.

This insurance is the best. I never had pet insurance before but am sure glad I went with VPI. They are courteous, fast at responding and reasonable in price. I can't tell you how comfortable I feel with them. They are A+ in my book.

My 3 year old Lab recently was hospitalized for a foreign body, requiring a 5 day stay in the hospital. When I picked him up I used the Mobile App to submit the claim. The claim was processed and a check was in the mail before I arrived at my home 1 hour later. A few days later I received an email from Customer Care checking on Enzo.
