ASPCA has handled our claims quickly and to our satisfaction. All staff are courtious and caring. Murphy has a preexisting bad leg from abuse by a previous owner so that is not insured, but he is very active and naughty, so he gets into things he shouldn't. we have had some claims as a result, and those have been paid at once. We have recommended ASPCA to a number of pet owners. Keep up the good work.

I love Embrace Insurance! The representatives on every level are very kind, thorough and professional, and they go out of their way to help you. In one case, too, I needed to be reimbursed very quickly, due to my fixed income, so I made a special request for them to expedite my numerous claims and they did! I don't know how Embrace makes every customer feel special, but I believe their excellent customer service- which adjusts to each client's needs- is a big part of the reason they're such a great company. My husband and I have been using ASPCA Pet Insurance for our yellow Labrador Retriever since she was eight weeks old (she is currently 18 months old). We are glad that we insured her because she suffered a traumatic partial tail amputation when she was four months old and we could not have afforded the necessary surgery and subsequent wound treatment/bandage changes. We cannot emphasize enough how happy we have been with ASPCA. They have good policy terms with many choices for coverage levels and fair premium amounts. They process claims quickly and fairly. They follow up by phone to see how our dog is after we have submitted a claim and even sent us two handwritten cards. Pick ASPCA for your pet insurance and peace of mind. You will not regret your choice.

I have this insurance for my two puppies and it has been a good choice for them. I was persuaded to take out a policy for my older dog too, and that was a mistake. Pretty much every claim that has been submitted for her care has been denied, so the policy charges have basically been a waste of money for me. If you have an older pet,make sure you get a thorough understanding of what will be covered (not much per my experience). Again, this review is only for older pets. For younger pets they are great.

I highly recommend pet insurance. Their service is fabulous. Anytime I had a problem they have always being extremely healthful and quick in there claim processing. I already talked with many people about your fantastic service. Keep it up you are the best.

They are bery good to deal with, very friendly

My entire experience with Healthy Paws was so incredibly positive. We had a scare with our mini doxie requiring emergency surgery, and when I called to clarify some billing/logistical issues, the rep I spoke with reassured me that the most important thing was our dog's health. It was so reassuring to hear that at the time. All three of her emergency room claims were paid very quickly and I could not be happier with their customer support and compassion!

Two claims for a puppy who has been getting into puppy mischief. Swallowed a bottle cap needed X-rays. Also had an eye infection we think from digging in the backyard. Both claims have been repaid within a month of submitting the claim.
