Having your pet in the hospital is stressful enough and the last thing you want to do is to make a decision based on a financial basis. Recently my dog got very sick and I remembered I had him insured with healthypaws. I called them and asked about my coverage. All was good. The costs maxed out my credit card and i asked if they could help me with prioritizing my claim. Took 2hrs to be filed and 6 days to receive the check. My vet bill was $5800 and I had $4988 covered. Great job and thank you guys for your help and checking on our pal.Wonderful customer service.

Figo is amazinng. The plans are easy to understand and follow. What I like about Figo is that plans offer easy to meet annual deductible, covers sickness, and injuries, less exclusions compared to other pet insurance companies, and very affordable. My dog is 5 years old, so I had to look for a pet insurance that was affordable and comprehensive. Figo was the one.I filed a claim for upper respiratory infection.. Claim processed in less than 5 days. I texted if they needed anything from me prior, and they said they will call my vet if they need to. This was great because I did not have to do much. Thanks Figo. You made my life easy

Our pup got Lyme Disease and they are not covering the blood tests or antibiotics because it was transmitted through a tick. So even though this was not a preexisting condition, and our pup is sick, they WONT COVER ANYTHING.

My claim was processed accurately and in a reasonable timeframe. After going through the stress of surgery with my dog Dasher, it was good to have a good company provide good service.

Anja was not feeling well and was having some some random symptoms. But most of all I knew my girl was off. With the help of my vet, Michigan State University and Pets Best; Anja was taken care of. Anja had been feeling very off but then she had a seizure. I took her to my vet, Mike Sweet, who ran a blood panel. Her white cell count came back elevated. We then decided to run some other tests to make sure Anja was on the road to recovery. Anja had a MRI, more blood panels and a spinal tap. It came bake with a diagnosis of Toxoplasmosis. Her levels were extremely high over 5000. That number should be below 640. The staff at MSU and Milan Vet Clinic were very responsive to our needs to get Anja on the road to recovery. After months of treatment I am glad I can say my sweet Anja is feeling good and is happy. I am so thankful of the Milan Vet Clinic, MSU Vets and Pets Best in caring for my girl. Without the help of Pets Best I know she would have not gotten the care that she did. Thank you for covering her.

I only had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for 2 months when my 3 year old dog, Sparty, became critically ill a few days before New Years Eve. My veterinarian ran numerous blood tests and x rays and couldn't figure out what was wrong with Sparty so I was sent to a specialist ER clinic where they immediately hospitalized Sparty and began running more blood tests, x-rays and an ultra sound. After 3 days, an obstruction was ruled out and it was determined Sparty was suffering from gastritis and possible pancreatitis caused by a "gourmet" treat he was given for Christmas. I took a picture of the bills (which seemed enormous to me) and submitted them through the Healthy Paws App. I recieved e mail updates a few days later that they were processing my claims and within a week had had two checks that covered 80% of Sparty's bills once I met the deductible. I can't begin to express how relieved I was when they processed my claims, no questions asked, and reimbursed me. I did my due diligence when looking into Pet Health Insurance and talked to everyone I knew, read reviews and called up the companies. Healthy Paws' customer service gets an A+. I hope I never have to make another claim again but I have peace of mind knowing Healthy Paws is there to help.

I have only submitted one small claim but was very pleased with the process as it is very customer-centric and personalized.
