My 7 month old Golden has a penchant for stuffed animals (or stuffing-less might I add). I fancy myself a good pet parent, but we all know there are always going to be accidents. Embrace covered our claim without ANY questions, problems or loopholes! This past year has been tough on my husband and I financially, and emotionally. We have lost a lot in a few short months. Some of the things we lost were due to people not doing what they were supposed to be doing (our house flooded {with 4 feet of water} due to a negligent developer of a new development behind our house...we lost more than insurance would cover and the developer is bankrupt!). My point is...Embrace has not only held up to their end of our agreement, but they CONSTANTLY check in with us to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing...their e-mails feel personal, not templates with your name on it! You have NO IDEA how nice it is to be able to count on PERFECT STRANGERS...especially when we have been so disappointed by so much lately. I have been so pleased with Pets Best and their prompt processing of my claims..They are so kind and helpful that it makes dealing with an Insurance Co. the best...My cat Luckey is 15 and without the great treatment from is wonderful vet and Pets Best Insurance he would have been gone by now...Thank you Pets Best!

Strongly recommend this company - had a different insurance company for one year before and was not happy - they reduced the benefit on every claim. Pets Best has never reduced the benefit - have always paid the 80% on the covered expenses. They pay very promptly - always before my credit card bill comes due. We have been with them over 2.5 yrs (for 3 dogs). Our older dog has the big "C" now and we can afford to give her the best chance possible because of this insurance - thanks so much Pet's Best!!!

I got this insurance when my dog was about 8 months old. I added the hip dysplasia coverage and my total premium per month is $39.25. Thank god I did. Shortly after signing my pup up for Trupanion, we noticed she was walking a little funny and seemed to be having pain. My vet examined her and strongly suspected hip dysplasia but wanted an x-ray to verify. The x-rays were about $220 and she also had bloodwork done prior to the x-rays and sedation. Trupanion paid 90% of all the costs for this to diagnose the dysplasia. I then took her to the vet hospital at Michigan State University to see a specialist. We decided to get a total hip replacement. My pup had her right hip replaced two weeks ago by the best surgeon in the world (literally, the world) and the cost of the surgery and all of the meds, hospital stay, pre-op blood work, and x-rays of her elbows and hips came to just under $5000. Trupanion processed my claim in under a week. I already have my check and they paid 90%, almost $4500. I've had the policy for only 4 months and have paid under $200 in premiums. Trupanion has paid me close to $4800 already for her surgery, diagnostics, and medications for an ear infection and allergies. I couldn't ask for more. Truly amazing!

Having been put through the ringer over the past two years with my dog's undiagnosed "mystery" illness I appreciate very much the ease with which I'm able to submit & be reimbursed for multiple claims. Having had both other pet and horse insurance I can say from experience that Embrace is one of the best out there!

Trupanion is the best insurance company I could ask for. My 6 year old American bulldog, Roxy, has cancer and required a splenectomy and chemotherapy. Trupanion has helped save my dog's life and has made this whole experience a lot easier for me. They have paid every claim I submitted so far in a timely fashion and I am confident that they will continue to do so, because Roxy's treatment is still in progress. I will be forever grateful to Trupanion. My other 3 pets are also insured and I recommend Trupanion to everyone I know.
