Consistent and reliable
Healthy Paws is easy and hassle-free, and very consistent about their coverage even when my dog Leland had to undergo an expensive ACL surgery. I joined after leaving Trupanion, who reserves the right to pick and choose what they cover on a case by case basis, and I couldn't have made a better decision.

We tell everyone!
We tell everyone if they love their pets to get Trupanion! We never would have thought we would have such a sick baby hound! One dog Ziggy for 18 years no problems! Noah our cat a little anxiety no really no problems! He's 16! Because of his doctors care he is thriving! They taught us how to take care of such a sick hound! Because of your compassionate family and animal lovers at Trupanion your have helped us financially and helped us keep our sanity! We couldn't have done it without you guy's! THANK YOU ALL! Extremely happy
As always, we are extremely happy with all of our interactions with customer service and overall in being a Trupanion customer! I have no doubt we will have all of our future animals signed up with Trupanion! One suggestion: It would be great and very convenient if the invoice submitted could be associated with the claim in customer portal so it could be viewed at same time as reviewing claim details. Like a link that when clicked opened a pop up window showing submitted invoice. Something like 'click here to view invoice associated with this claim '.

I love this insurance
I have used Trupanion for years and I love this insurance plan. The agents are warm and caring and always helpful. The claims are quickly resolved.

Claims info
Info on claims paid out could be simplified on both the letters/emails you send and your website. It's difficult to tell what has been paid for a specific condition. Also, I'm not sure why I can't manage my direct deposit info on the website (I had to call in to add it). Otherwise people are always helpful and friendly.
