Ease our worries, that's what you do!

Prior to the surgery, there were several tests conducted - various lab work (CDC, urinalysis), ultrasound, biopsy - and of-course, prescription medication. The surgery was a major one; Jack is now on recovery phase. We are so grateful to Pets Best for helping ease *some* of the worries involved in this experience. Purchasing Jack's Pets Best insurance policy is one of the best investment decisions, if not the best one, I've made in the past three years. I tell complete strangers about Pets Best!

I HAVE THE HIGHEST REGARD FOR PETS BEST. Claims are paid promptly and as expected. Pets Best has seen my German Shepherds through cruciate ligament surgeries, post operative paralysis and MRI, physical therapy, toe amputation, removal of half a thyroid and bladder stones as well as the latest problem, pyoderma. I would not be without pet insurance and (given experience with another pet insurer) I would only trust Pets Best to provide it. I stop complete strangers with dogs to tell them about Pets Best. With help of Pets Best, my dogs have had quality lives as long as 13.5 yo, very old for a GSD!

Awesome Experience! The Very Best

I bought Pet's Best for my chow chow and it's the best decision I have ever made. They are superb with any questions, the claim process is so easy, merely submit online, the turn around time is excellent; usually within 24 to 48 hours. I would recommend Pets Best for any pet owner. You will not be disappointed!

Pets Best is the best!

Lola was a very healthy and happy dog until her later years.Pets Best helped me with some very expensive tests and meds. I never had any problems with claims, and would like to say thank you for helping me with her medical bills toward the last years of her life, and her death, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to submit the bill for her cremation and it was covered.

Fast Payment

So far since they updated their policies they are great.They pay me back usually with 24 hours. This can matter a great deal when a person has an older dog with multiple issues. As our vet does not accept the credit cards for our dog. So it prevent us having to change vets. I imagine for some people it is very helpful. Often in my experience companies can delay paying on the last day possible.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
