Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Let me tell ya, every time i call in with questions, i always get THE best customer service! I just got off the phone with Tracy who assisted with my policy and she was TERRIFIC!!! We had such a great time chuckling up a few laughs because my policy was just a mess but she went above and beyond to help me resolve all of my issues! I really hope that if I need to call back for any reason in the future, I hope I get her again lol thank you for all that you do! Thank you Tracy, you rock!!!! 😂😊

I called a couple of days ago with a question and called today with a different question. I got the same representative both times. Her name is Tracy. She is amazing! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the conversation easy and pleasant! I also spoke to her supervisor named Don. What a pleasure to speak with him also! He thanked me for taking the time to give Tracy a commendation. I appreciated both of them very much.

My experience with my customer service representative, Anne Wheitsel was outstanding! Anne was able to address all of my questions and concerns. She was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond. She didn’t rush me in anyway and even looked up statistics on the breed of my dog, Harry to help me further understand and decide what policy would be best for Harry. Anne is such a delight to speak with. We even exchanged stories of our pets together, which was so nice as I got to know her and her fur baby on a more personal level. She related to everything I discussed with her and the conversation flowed so nicely! So many times, calls seem so scripted, but not with Anne. Very genuine and extremely knowledgeable. My family and I would really like to thank all of the wonderful members of fetch. We are going through a hideous experience of our beautiful puppy passing away and it has been extremely hard to get through this process. Everyones kindness has been a blessing for us. Thank you Fetch

My fur baby developed bladder stones and surgery was the only answer. Fetch was wonderful in paying 90% of the cost once all the paperwork was submitted. It was a financial lifesaver for me and a literal one for my girl. Thank you Fetch!!
