Want to share my customer experience
Want to share my customer experience with Fetch. I have been with PetPlan/Fetch for six years. Like all things the monthly premium has went up. I did not want to leave this company, but I almost did. I called to cancel my policy and Gina B gave me excellent information. As a result of this, she gave me two quotes that I was able to continue with your company. I had to call back for additional information and got to speak to Adam Altman. With both of these customer service representatives, they showed empathy and respect. I have recommended this company to others for years. I never had an issue with my claims going through when they met the criteria. So. thank you, Gina Blair and Adam Altman - a job well done.
