Edit: A couple days after this review was posted, the situation was resolved and the money was sent to me. I have added more stars to reflect this.
Original review: I was shorted reimbursement on a recent claim. I did chat with customer service who confirmed that I should’ve been paid more, and I have the screenshots as proof. He then told me he would forward it on to an adjuster to fix and told me to wait 30 more days for it to be fixed. It has been over 30 days and I have not seen that money nor have I gotten any correspondence from customer service. That is theft, no matter the amount.
