Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Losing our dog to cancer was very sad. It would have been difficult to complete to claims forms if the process had been complicated. Embrace made the process simple and offered condolences. We miss our boy very much, but taking care of details without extra steps and with kindness makes the difficult situation a little easier.

We submitted the receipts and Embrace kept in contact with us through the entire process. The money for our claim was promptly put into our account and was much appreciated.

They do not respond to emails I sent several never got a response. I finally had to call to cancel the policy. I got the policy and sent all my dogs bloodwork he had nothing wrong. He was acting funny so I went to another Dr to see if there was anything wrong. It was a diagnostic test. Still came back no issues currently other than a heart murmur. They refused to pay for the diagnostic test and told me any and everything that they were testing for if it ever became wrong with him they wouldn’t pay for that either. He

My five cats are between 2-5 years old. I didn't expect them to have any health issues until they were much older. Submitting receipts on the website is very easy. Reimbursement happens quickly.
