We had a very bad experience with the doctor at this veterinarian a few weeks ago. My dog needed three documents for boarding on American Airlines, and he did not know how to fill out the required documentation. Even though I contacted them weeks in advance to inform them and ask if they could help us the documents or if they had experience with them. The doctor could not determine the breed of my pet. My dog is a mutt but, even among mutts there's a predominant breed that can be determinate by physical exam (for example, mixed- Labrador). We chose this clinic because of its proximity to the airport and also because we had already had communication with its staff about the documents, but definitely a bad choice. At the airport, the staff called him several times to please ask him to give them a breed for the dog, even the AA supervisor said and I quote 'There were two dogs who got together and had a puppy. Tell me a possible breed of dogs' and the doctor could answer. Terrible experience and stress with this clinic.

Dr. Alexis Cartaya is the best vet I’ve ever had. He is kind and really takes the time to explain everything. The wait time is never long and his staff are amazing. My dog needed to have a dental procedure last year and his office made me feel really relaxed about the whole process. Not many things are more important to me than my dog, which is why I highly recommend him to anyone who cares around their pets health!

Last week I went with MY CHIHUAHUA PUPPY to this clinic and I am impressed with the good attention I receive. My dog has already six months and I had never been taking him to the Vet and that I had very concerned, but in talking with the Dc CARTAYA I knew all the worrying disappeared. He explained everything I should do and my dog felt very comfortable with him and a lady who helped him. They were very patient and loving with my dog. I could see the professionalism and experience in them. I DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED THIS CLINIC FOR YOUR PETS TO BE TREATED WITH A LOT OF LOVE.
