Professional, Adept, Friendly, Cost Effective5/19/2017
Professional, Adept, Friendly, and Cost Effective are a few words I would use to describe this Pet Hospital. I had considerable anxiety surrounding the health of my pet, the cost of treatment, and the possible diagnosis. The doctor calmed my fears, treated my pet, and treated me with respect and dignity. I appreciate this vet and this clinic.

Nice people but disappointed in communication10/23/2015
I had a problem with a previous vet and was trying to make a switch to Marina vet. The problem was a dosage error and that was compounded by a requirement to call the Monterey vet who would then call the pharmacy who would then not call me when the unstable medication was ready. So I got frustrated and was trying to switch to Marina vet hospital. I told them there was a possible error in the dosage the very first office visit. They didn't follow up with the request for verification for two months, costing me an additional $50 without even an apology for not checking when the request had first been made. In the process of getting the records to change to get another vet, the staff were rude and defensive. The vet was unavailable during the final interaction.

Dr. Riley is the Best12/6/2012
She is the kindest, most thorough vet I've had the chance to meet. I'm so lucky she's here in my town. She is excellent.

Very friendly4/19/2012
We adopted our dog from our local SPCA in November of 2011. The SPCA gave us a list of veterinarians in our area that would provide us with a "first time" check-up for free. We made the appointment over the phone and the woman was so sweet and friendly. She congratulated us on our new family member and told us she couldn't wait to meet Danny. My son, who is 10, was nervous about taking Danny to the doctor. Once we arrived the woman at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. She loved on Danny and even offered him some treats. We only waited for about 5 minutes before we were called to the back and placed in a room. Once in the room another extremely sweet woman came in and began explaining to my son what the vet was going to do to Danny when she came in. She also offered us tons of helpful information about taking care of Danny. Once the doctor came in all 3 of us were more at ease. The doctor was just as sweet and loving to our dog as the 2 other ladies. We asked some questions that may have seemed silly and common sense to other people who have owned dogs, and the doctor answered them all and made us feel very comfortable. This office will definitely be Danny's regular doctor.

Kind, Caring, Knowledgeable5/16/2010
Owned by Dr. Kelley Reily with excellent associate veterinarians. Dr. Reily has been our vet for many years and remembers each pet we have had and problems they may have had. She has competent technicians and assistants working for her. She is knowledgeable about other resources when needed and doesn't hesitate to refer you to a more specialized vet is necessary. I have a lot of confidence in her practice.
