Their Vets are great and have had good treatment from them. Cost of the insurance is well worth it. It has saved me money and given me peace of mind. Love our pet and want the best treatment for him. He is a toy poddle. We have been going to Banfield for 2 years and are very pleased with the Wellness Plan. Also it is very comforting that you can take your dogs there when something small comes up and you are not sure whether they need to be seen by a Vet and there is no charge for the office visit. It's not insurance because all the services are intended to be used; not if your dog gets sick. You can even get one to help treat a pre-existing condition since it's a discount membership program.
