| The staff at Banfield are great. I take my dog for routine wellness procedures every 6 months. They discovered my dog has high liver enzyme when she was 1 year old and put her on antibiotics. I took her back several times for re-testing. Results are inconsistent. Tests are expensive even though it is discounted. It is now 3 years and tests are still not clear. I cannot get another insurance because this may be a ground for "pre-existing condition." I feel I am stucked. If something gets wrong, I may not afford an expensive hospital service as this is not included in their service. |
