| 10/10 Pets Best has come through each time |
| I have all my dogs and cat on Pets Best Policies. Pets Best has always been there for my questions in customer service and have always paid out what they have explained they would pay out. About 7 months ago I had my largest breed dog get sick and the bill was way over $2500. Pets Best paid 80% of my vet bill. My veteriniarin also recommend Pets Best, so I know by experience that Pets Best truly is the Best pet insurance to have. I could have never been able to have the excellent care that they have needed without having Pets Best to help cover the cost. I hve looked at other companies, but felt very comfortable with the plan and the service I recieved from Pets Best. |
