|4/10 Doubled premiums|
|I have been a member with 24 hour pet watch since it was PurinaCare, over 6 years now, and I've never had a problem. Then in October they suddenly DOUBLED the price of my premium. I tried to change my policy, and they told me that I'd be changing mid-policy year, so changing policies would mean that any of my cat's previous issues would now be seen as pre-existing condition and potentially not be covered.
I've loved this company for the last six years, but doubling premiums with little to no notice is just ridiculous. I've always thought it was a good value, so if they had to raise the rates gradually I would understand, but this is messed up. If you want to find a company you can stay with throughout your pet's life, this is apparently not it.|
