The lifetime plan includes full coverage for hereditary. chronic and congenital conditions with no per-incident limits. Optional routine coverage is available on any plan.

Monthly Cost $16 - $68 depending on plan selected.

Coverage You have a co-pay of 10% - 30% after your deductible.

The payout amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits Per incident limit of $1,000 - $3,500 depending on plan. No per incident limits on the Lifetime plan.

Annual limit of $2,000, $3,000, $7,500, $12,000, $15,000 or $20,000 depending on plan.

No lifetime limits.

Deductible $50 - $500 per incident.

Age Limits Pet must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

No upper age limit.

Waiting Period Coverage begins 1 day after policy for accidents, 14 days after for illness

Exclusions Pre-existing conditions are not covered.

Hereditary, chronic and conditional coverage is covered under the Lifetime plan and is available under the Standard plan for an additional fee.

Extras Two policies: Standard & Lifetime. Routine Care coverage can be added for an additional fee.

The Routine Care option may include coverage for annual exams, vaccines, flea and tick prevention, microchipping, behavior training and more.

Notes Buyers should purchase the Lifetime plan or a Chronic coverage rider to ensure that treatment of continuing illness or injury is covered.
