| 9/10 Great insurance companies |
| I used to go with another insurance plan for my first dog (Pet Insurance) but it was a frustrating experience going back and forth arguing what is a 'chronic' disease and what isn't. Vetinsuance (now run by Trupanion) is lightyears better than those guys. They cover 90% of almost all medical expenses, and their response is lighting quick. I usually get a response saying they got my claim within the same day, and the claim is processed the day after. If you're thinking of medical insurance for your pet (and you should), Vet Insurance (Trupanion) is a no-brainer. |

| 10/10 compassion and caring |
| we just said goodbye to our best friend and companion, Bullitt after 8 beautiful years together. His diagnosis of cancer was heart wrenching but the compassion and promptness and caring by Trupanion was remarkable. We have highly recommended Trupanion and will continue to do.
What a lovely and novel thing -- a service industry that provide incredible service. We cannot send enough praise to all at Trupanion who we were in contact with. Please pass on our thanks. |

| 10/10 excellent |
| Also known as Trupanion. This insurance company was recommended to me and I am extremely satisfied with my choice. I enrolled my 5 pets last summer. One of my cats got sick in mid March and we entered 5 weeks of constant vet visits, procedures etc. to try to determine what was wrong. Vetinsurance opened each claim received within a day or two and would email me to let me know they'd received it. They would then process the claim and the money would be on its way. They were fantastic. No questions asked-they kept processing claim after claim. There is no cap per illness - just a lifetime cap of $20,000.00 per animal. We came close to using the entire amount with our cat and unfortunately, she had to be euthanized as she ended up having lymphoma that spread to her Central Nervous System. We were able to do as much as we could to try to save her because we had insurance.
We have also submitted claims for one of our other cats who took ill and had to undergo x-rays, a scope and an ultrasound. She had pheumonia and had to get puffers. Once again, the claims were processed ASAP and with no bother.
I will never own a pet again without having insurance and I will always choose this company. I can't recommend them highly enough. |

| 10/10 Excellent plan and sevice |
| I highly recommend this plan. I have received excellent service and extremely prompt payment. I have a one year old Rotti. My dog just required major surgery and it was so important for us that we didn't have to make the decision not to proceed due to finances. I prefer this plan to others as there is no cap on any one condition and no change in the deductible if a claim is made. |

| 9/10 Great service and communication |
| This is the first time I have insured a pet. I have been insured by Vetinsurance since I first obtained by bull terrier at 8 weeks old, he is now 3 years. I spent a lot of money on vet bills with my last bull terrier, and feel comforted to know that if something is wrong, the last thing I have to think about is "how much will it cost". I am dealing with allergies at the moment, and am pleased and impressed with how quickly Vetinsurance processes my claims, and keeps me informed whilst I am waiting. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. I did look at several companies at the beginning, and felt this company was the best for me, and have no complaints. |

| 10/10 Correction, follow up & efficiency |
| My claim for removal of a drainage tube after surgery caused by an accident was originally rejected because it was written up as an examination by the vet. Once he clarified that it was a necessary procedure due to the accident, Vetinsurance/Trupanion honoured the claim with efficiency, AND a follow up call. I love how quickly they are able to process my claims: the cheque has always arrived in a week or two. |

| 10/10 Caring, compassionate and efficient |
| Sadly we lost our beloved Golden, Vegas, very unexpectedly just before Christmas. The agent I spoke with at Vetinsurance was caring, compassionate and willing to do what it took to make the situation less of a burden. Having lost a member of your family is hard enough then you get hit with thousands of dollars in vet bills. The majority of the costs were covered without issue. We received our reimbursement promptly and with no questions asked. Excellent service. Highly recommend Vetinsurance. |

| 9/10 Peace of Mind |
| Having 2 dogs with an exorbitant amount of expensive health issues I would have been unable to afford to provide the proper care for my dog had it not been for the coverage I have with VetInsurance. I have had to submit too many claims to count and VetInsurance has remitted payment promptly every single time, no questions asked. My only regret is that I did not insure my second dog as had I done that when he was a puppy, prior to him having any issues, he would also be covered. Instead he is costing me thousands of dollars yearly. I will always have dogs as they are part of my lifestyle and provide a perfect balance and I will always remain loyal to VetInsurance just as they have remained loyal to my dog. VetInsurance has provided me with peace of mind and enabled me to keep my dog alive. Thank you VetInsurance! |
