| I have the pet insurance from Banfield. Their Vets are great and have had good treatment from them. Cost of the insurance is well worth it. It has saved me money and given me peace of mind. Love our pet and want the best treatment for him. He is a toy poddle. |

| 10/10 Well worth the money |
| I have two dogs, a Golden 2 years old and a Collie mix almost 9 years old. We have been going to Banfield for 2 years and are very pleased with the Wellness Plan. Also it is very comforting that you can take your dogs there when something small comes up and you are not sure whether they need to be seen by a Vet and there is no charge for the office visit. |

| 10/10 Not insurance but better |
| My Wellness Plan may not be insurance but it includes all the annual preventive care my dog needs plus free office visits and discounts on everything not included in the plan. It's not insurance because all the services are intended to be used; not if your dog gets sick. You can even get one to help treat a pre-existing condition since it's a discount membership program. |

| 5/10 wonderful , but not helpful when really needed |
| I have a 2yr old toy poodle that i purchased when she was 8 wks old. I immediately got the wellness plan at Banfield because i was impressed during the free first visit. Sadie was spayed, all shots were taken care of for the first two years. Fast forward to now, sadie has cataracts in both eyes and there is nothing Banfield can do - why am i paying all this money and when i really need help, they can not offer ANY. As much as I like the Banfield hospitals, they are not beneficial at all if problems arise. Needless to say, i will not be renewing the plan. |

| 3/10 All about money... |
| I took my poodle for a bacterial ear infection, the medication was extremely expensive, did not work... so i went to the follow appt, had to pay over 50 dollars for the visit, just for them to ask a whole set of ordinary questions,,and at the end they didn't even clean my pets ears, to check a closer look at his case..more at least to make up for the first day visit, where i spent about 300 dollars.. yes..more cost to even clean his ears...it;s all about making you spend more money,, unless you sign up for their wellness plan, wich is a little expensive, plus is under a year contract.... |

| 10/10 Banfield |
| I don't see our pet coverage on the list. We have a beagle/corgi that is 8 years old. She has been taken care of at Petsmart that has Banfield Vets. We have had this coverage for several years and even though we pay 39.95 per month it's worth it. |

| 1/10 Dont Know Fleas |
| We took our dog to petsmart because she kept scratching. PETSMART Charged us $700 for nothing. WE FINALLY FOUND SHE HAD FLEAS. What a rip off. Had the best plan they had.It did not pay anything!!!!!!!!! |
