Coverage Reimburses usual & customary covered charges after the annual deductible is met.

You have a co-pay of 10% - 40% depending on amount you select.

Payout Limits Per incident limit of $3,000.

Policy limit of of $12,000 annually.

No lifetime limit.

Deductible $100 - $500 per year.

  Limits
Age Limits Dogs must be 8 weeks up to 13 years to enroll.

Cats must be 8 weeks up to 15 years to enroll.

Waiting Period Coverage begins 3 days after policy for accidents, 21 days after for illness & misc coverage (boarding & kenneling, traveling owner coverage.)

No waiting period for Wellness and Preventative coverage.

Exclusions Pre-existing conditions are not covered.

Hereditary and Congenital conditions are not covered unless an optional rider is purchased. Hip dysplasia is included in the Hereditary & Congential rider.

Notes One base plan that includes: accident & illness, non-vet services, accidental death, alternative medicine, traveling owner, cancer and diabetes.

There are three optional riders available: 1) wellness, 2) preventative care, 3) boarding and kenneling and 4) hereditary and congenital (includes hip dysplasia.)
